We had decided to downsize and bought a condo unit in the Empire at Manhattan West. After looking around at condos we found the Pratt condos very spacious. All our dealings with Pratt Homes and sales staff have been very friendly , helpful and professional with all our questions we have had especially Cynthia, Sue, and Caitlin. Our appointment with Gemma to pick our colours went well, Gemma was very helpful and had great knowledge in the selections available. We are looking forward to our new way of life.
