This is the second year that we had Proper Finish come and clean our deck. They do a fabulous job. Our large deck in under a very big maple tree so it gets quite dirty each year. I'm so happy to have someone reliable to help us out.

Rodrigo and his team are amazing. They are honest, reliable, and amazing at their craft. This is the second time I've had them do a job for me and both times it's been excellent. I would recommend them without any hesitation.
I've used White Shark for a number of years and they used to be great but their service has gone downhill. They came to wash our windows but couldn't complete the job because our car was in the driveway (we didn't get any notice when they would be coming that particular day) but promised they would come back right away to complete the job. They didn't but did send an invoice for the job. I called to ask and they said they would come the following day and they didn't. I called again and once again they were going to come the following day and they didn't. I called again and now they are supposed to come......I suspect they won't but I shouldn't have to be making phone call after phone call to have someone finish a job. I would stay away.
Hi Beth, our crews did come on the scheduled date and ask for the car to be removed. The person at home was unable to move it. Our crews left and reported it to the office. Our crew planned on coming back but was delayed and again, let the office know. Last Saturday they did come the window. Because of traffic issues our crew work in certain areas on certain days. They did intend to do the job completely the first time.

Rodrigo and his crew are fabulous. We couldn't have been happier with how responsive they were, the quality of work, and the timeliness of everything. They were also incredibly courteous and friendly and let my 3 year old watch all the work while dealing with his million questions. Would use them again and would recommend them highly.
Update II: The company came and put back our edging. It was done carefully and looks great. I appreciate that they came back to help us out. Update: Talked to company and they want to "make things right" by putting our edging back together and providing some new plants for the garden. I'll update again once the work is finished but I'm happy with their response. Tree doctors took down a large dead Ash tree in our backyard. I'm quite unimpressed on how they left our property. I know and understand that there will be damages to the surrounding area when a large tree needs to come down but I felt like the quantity of damages was quite extreme. Half of our garden is gone and they ripped up our stone edging (breaking one) which we spent a lot of money getting installed a year ago. We have between $750-$1000 in damages. We talked to the company and they were willing to give us a $100 discount. Anyways, we have no recourse as we signed a waiver saying they could damage our property but I wouldn't recommend them as a company to anyone else.

We called ExpressRooter after a basement flood. They were not the first plumber we called but they were the most prompt and courteous on the phone so I choose them come in to fix our burst pipe. The repair man did a great job and even found another small leak that he fixed easily and cheaply. We were extremely happy with the whole thing and will be using ExpressRooter Plumbing again whenever we need plumbing services.
