I purchased furnace, AC and a water tank. It was written on my contract that Shipton's would return my current (2014) water tank to Reliance. They instead claim to have "scrapped it" because they couldn't reach us to get a Reliance return number? In the end, after receiving some collections calls from Reliance, Scott Shipton stepped up and paid the $1,250 to Reliance to cover the cost of the lost tank. Aside from the confusion with the tank, the service was good and we're happy with our new furnace and AC.
