Electrical Issue over the weekend

One person came, in timeframe stated over the phone, and was courteous. Cost was a little high, however I had just turned away a very insanely priced quote from another plumber so it seemed a little more reasonable in comparison. After completion the hole from the outside to the inside did not get sealed or covered in anyway. We are left to seal the hole and cover it ourselves. For the cost it would have been nice to have it completed. As you can see the pipe is fixed but looks unfinished. and hole around it is open to the elements.
Sorry about that we are more then happy to return to fill in the hole with caulking, As far as the photos that were posted, they Do Note reflect our work. The burn marks on the siding are not from our plumber nor are the burn marks on the inside as the shut off valve was never replaced by us and is original.
Do note: when the plumber arrived on site there was no outside hose bid as it was removed by the customer who may have tried fixing it themselves.

Told to come out it would be $80. After inspection told it would cost $295 + Tax for a piece that he quoted cost $120. Do your research and read the reviews. This company charged me and the part would cost to purchase online $40. He was here for about 45 mins. BBB will be hearing from me on this one. Perhaps the news as well. Shame on me for sure.
