I called SWAT in February because we saw flying bats inside the house, the company sent Derick to our place to do an inspection. He suggested we have to wait when it's warm enough, thus they could do the caulking job properly. I called again in April, they arranged an appointment for the next day and I met Derick again. Derick and his colleague did the job very carefully and efficiently. Overall I am very happy with Their service. Their price is very competitive. Derick was an easy going guy to work with and his gave me discount. Also, he deducted the inspection fee from the total charge which made me even happier! Recommend this company to anyone having wild animal issues. They are professional and their work worth your money.
