Unbelievable service. We had hired another contractor for their services and when they didn't show up, we had to cancel them. We were prepared for the work to commence with the bin in the driveway and moved all the appliances off the floor. We contacted JBG who made last minute arrangements for us to complete the work. What an amazing team and the workmanship was extraordinary. Extremely professional team and we cannot say enough about them. We cannot thank them enough for work well done. We had a Carrier Furnace and A/C installed in Sept 2012. The A/C failed and they refused to service. Said they changed direction to new home sales in summer of 2013? Another company told us the outdoor unit was defective at the time of install and they were aware because it's pre-charged. Be very careful.
