My husband and I took a lot of effort into planning the renovations for our home. Before we committed to Invision, we searched high and low for a product and service that we could be proud of. At the end of our search, Invision was the only contractor that made us feel comfortable with making such a big investment in our home. Their selection of hardwoods were amongst the best in the industry and they worked tirelessly to ensure that we were happy with the selection we made. Dov even arranged for us to go to the manufacturer's warehouse so that we could see the hardwood on a larger scale before making our final decision. Needless to say they were very patient with us and spent all the time necessary for us to feel confident about our purchase. Throughout the installation, Dov and Roy were on-site and constantly making sure that things were going according to plan. If we ever had any questions they were always there to answer our calls or emails. We had a couple minor concerns about the colour of the t-molds, but Dov made the necessary changes and ensured that we were 100% happy with the final product.
