I called to have my Bosch dishwasher fixed because of a water tap error Technician comes and then charges over 900 for parts and labour. At the end of the second visit tells me I may need to replace the water line. The dishwasher immediately stops after he leaves and they wont come back as the issue is one with Plumbing. Avoid them at all costs. I will note they did fix a door hinge that was broken but I didnt call them originally to fix that. A dishwasher that doesnt wash with a good door is still useless.

Bought the roof about 5 years ago from NSR. When installed they forgot to install the roof over my back entrance which I had also paid for. They did come back to install but the roof leaks. As does a section on the regular roof. Brought this to the attention of NSR before COVID kicked off an they said they would send someone out which never happened. Have tried a few times to contact them. Did get a hold of them once and was asked to send in an email with pics which I did with no response. They said they are under new ownership and have no record of previous interactions. If you are dealing with them I would keep it all in writing but given they don't respond to emails not sure how useful that will be. Have called them at least twice onto of the email with no response after more than a week. The roof looks great but if you want it to not leak I would go elsewhere given they don't seem to be interested in backing their work.

Ewen was fantastic with our attic framing. It's a very old house and nothing is square or level. He did a great job. Was always on time and was great to deal with. Need to get my basement done in the future and will certainly hire him for the job.

Had a great experience with the team. Quick quote, fast booking. They arrived on time, were very polite and considerate and did a great job installing all of the lights. They cleaned up after themselves and there was no mess after they left. They installed 9 in the Kitchen and 7 in an upstairs hallway. I was very pleased with every aspect of the work. I am planning to use them again for work in a newly renovated attic.

Mark arrived on time for the quote and was very professional, his team arrived promptly and did a great job installing the carpet. I couldn't be happier with the experince.
