The garage door wouldn't close and it sounded like the motor was grinding.. Called several companies but only Chris at Easy Access Garage Doors walked me through a temporary solution to lower the door until the following day when his team could arrive to see what was needed, if I hired them. The job was given to Chris who reviewed the motor and discovered a simple replacement of parts was all that was needed. His honesty in offering this less expensive repair which he guaranteed for 5 years showed that customer satisfaction was important to him. I would us the company again in the future. Reliable, efficient , honest. Great traits in a company!

I think it's very commendable that your business adjusts prices based on actual load, even if it means lowering the price from the estimate. This shows you put customers first.
