I've had recurrent problems with intermittent leaks from the roof in my house over the years. I've had others try to fix this in the past without success. Yuriy identified the problem right away and was able to fix it as soon as the temperature was high enough to do so. He was quick to respond to the request for the job, quick to get the job done and is very accessible. I'm very happy with the service and quality of work. It's been a pleasure to deal with Yuriy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

I had a burst water pipe in the basement which resulted in some water damage. The first company I called did not correctly identify the source of the problem and missed the fact that my insulation was wet. Zsolt showed up after-hours on the same day of the call and was able to identify the problem in minutes and appropriately exposed and replaced the wet insulation. In addition, Zsolt and his team completed the repairs quickly (which was important as we had an event planned in the basement) and were able to restore the finish of the basement to it's original state.

Dealt with outdoor clover mites over a large property effectively. Service was done within hours of the call. Prompt, excellent and complete service for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to others.

It is difficult to find someone who provides service that is of this caliber. Max usually takes care of service issues the same day and is always on time. Charges are reasonable and honest.

Ordered a recliner for my elderly parents. Item was delivered but the huge boxes and packing materials were simply left in the driveway. It's not a trivial issue to dispose of such large packing material. I've never had a furniture delivery company not take away boxes and packaging material before. UPDATE: I upgraded the rating from a 4 to a 9. Within a day, they sent someone back to pick up the boxes.

My central air conditioning stopped working. I called for service and they were at my house in less than an hour and replaced the required part on my central air conditioning at the same visit. Excellent and quick service at a reasonable price.

I had a significant raccoon problem and on two occasions an entire family of raccoons were living in my basement window well. Pesticon provided same day, quick service and removed the raccoons humanely. I'm very impressed with their level of service

I used North Shore Eavestroughing to get heater cables installed on my roof as a backup plan to prevent ice dam formation given some troubles I had in the past. Darren was able to come by the same day I called to go over options. The price was reasonable for the required work. The work was done without any issues. I had some questions about the operation of the water/temperature sensor and he immediately answered them by email. I'm very happy with the service provided.
