New boiler and A/C purchased, everything with that was smooth. A few months later when the boiler stopped working in Feb, we were told to call Enbridge for faster repair and we would be reimbursed. We were suck with the $1000 repair bill and none of our thousands of phone calls have ever been answered or returned.

We are surprized by this allegation, as we are under new management we have not recieved any of these 1000's of phone calls, I ask that you send us a contract # so that we can at least identify you, or make just one more call. It would be a first step in sorting this out.
