We realized on a Saturday night that our sump pump was not working. We called Mr Rooter and they were able to provide us with an appointment within a few hours. The two technicians (I believe their names were Kristian and Ron) were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely recommend them!

The relief valve on our hot water tank was leaking. We have the service coverage and I called on the long weekend and an appointment was scheduled for the same day. Jason arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous! His quality of work was excellent. Thank you!
