We've used Pete the Plumber before and will again. Josh came out to look at our plugged drain. I had tried some drain opener and tried to poke something down there to determine what was blocking the drain with no avail. Not only did Josh fix the problem, he also looked at our tub and 2 other sink drains because I wanted to be proactive. The real value though was him explaining to me what happens in a plugged drain and some tricks of the trade to use as preventative measures. Pete is not a dumb guy. He knows that if he charges the customer a reasonable rate, people will go back to him and also spread his name around as I am doing now. We've used Pete the Plumber 3 or 4 times now and have never had an issue with his service. I've met him personally. He is honest, friendly and helpful. He is a far cry from the previous unnamed plumbing company we used to use who at the time had good ratings. I would never go back to the previous company because they were only in it to make as much money as they could off of the customer. Not Pete.
