We had a small leak in the basement that came from the toilet in the powder room above. Thought was that the wax ring wasn't installed properly initially or wasn't tall enough to accommodate the new tile floor and subfloor. Safari came the day after my first call - and I was called in advance of their arrival. Excellent service overall - excellent communication and the work looks to be done well. The next week will determine if the leak issue is resolved. As I said, service was excellent - the only issue (albeit minor) was the pricing. A $50 service fee on top of another $380+ to remove a toilet, replace wax rings and reinstall the toilet is pricey compared to what I've experienced. Still, based on the excellent service received, I would use them again.

We used Peartree Property Services for yard waste removal and lawn cutting. Stephane was able to accommodate on short notice and his price estimates are fair. Always punctual, efficient and professional. We are always extremely satisfied with his work.
