My 25 year old furnace conked out and I needed a replacement quickly. I called a few companies as well as independents. Some of the other well known candidates had a sales tactic of bashing others as well as Home Stars which turned me off. Others sounded good but the timeline was not as quick as I needed and they were not as informative. First piece of information, I found Cosmo from home stars. I called and was directed to speak with Mike from Cosmo. He was very informative about my options as well as the rebates available. He verified an install could take place on the same day and then said he would come to my house to discuss further after giving me some rough options and pricing after asking me specific questions. When Mike came to the house he seemed very honest, he is more of a technician and less of a salesperson. He laid down a lot of information and I chose accordingly. He started arranging the rebate situation as well as the installers. He did not pressure me into any particular furnace or AC, or doing additional work. I chose accordingly and the installer came after about 2 hours at 2pm. Fred and his partner was the installer. Very friendly and professional installer. Laid mats out from front door, down stairs and to furnace. Cleaned up after. Answered questions I had. Replaced the thermostat as it was needed. He was done in about 3-4 hours. Excellent experience, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Casa Bella Windows was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I called them originally due to Home Stars. Due to unforeseen circumstances we received our Quote at least 12 months before we actually committed to the job. The price got adjusted accordingly along the way as material prices were going up slightly but there was a lot of back and forth because of us and Casa Bella was extremely patient throughout the entire process. Professional and courteous even though I can imagine how frustrating we made the process. The day of the install, they showed up on time and really provided a quality job with 100% satisfaction. We have another project for Casa Bella that we recently begun and a mistake was made on the quote. We committed to get the service done and the mistake was found minutes after the contract was signed. Casa Bella was very professional about the mistake and honored the original quote/contract (after speaking with management). I also recommended Casa Bella to another friend who also got their windows done. He ended up giving rave reviews to me about them. All in all, a pleasure to deal with and they were actually one of the cheaper quotes as well for myself and my friend.
