Andy has serviced my appliances in the past and consistently delivered excellent service. Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. So far I have used Elite appliances for my refrigerator twice(different issues), and once for a range hood. Very professional, courteous and pleasant rep to deal with. The company itself is responsive to service needs. Frankly, factory trained technicians do make a heck of a difference. The value of service received is worth the price. Great service from initial phone call to completion of work, The job was to re-attach down spout at the roof and removal of debris from some of the evestroughing. Also, other companies wanted to charge me $100 for just an estimate.Why would anyone even bother getting service from such companies. You are always worried if the estimate turns out to be too high, then you still have to pay $100 and still be stuck without repairs.

Beware if you live in the west end of GTA. He will sell you the product, but will not support it. Its too far from Ajax and gas is expensive. I went with Excel because of a referral and price. A friend of mine recommended Gabriel to me and I found his price very competitive and his initial service very good. I didn’t realize that this was not going to remain that way. The shutters got installed, and there were problems in measurement. Some of the widows had the louvers binding to window locks, so they never opened fully. I left many voice mails for Gabriel, but he never returned my calls. Also, beware that he uses answering service, so he can decide not to return your calls and there is nothing you can do about that. I am very disappointed and will never buy from him again. BTW, just look up Superior shutters, they are the suppliers of Excel and you will find the same great product sold by another reseller..
