We were having water coming into the house and we couldn't determine where it was but we suspected it was something to do with the Stucco work done to the house from the previous owner. We found Blue Stone Stucco on HomeStars and Erol replied quickly. He was the most responsive and provided the most transparent feedback about the situation. He set expectations that once he cut the Stucco where the water damage was, it could expose a bigger problem. Sure enough, there was significant damage that required replacing 60% of the stucco on the east wall. Erol made sure to show me any new damage as he uncovered more stucco. I appreciated this because these frequent updates set expectations of what the final cost was going to be. The workmanship was stellar and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest and hardworking company.

We recently had our foundation replaced and it required the stucco to be removed. This left a good 4 feet of exposed house. I spoke to Sean over a year ago and he has patiently waited until we were ready to do the work. Once we were ready, he quickly got us on their schedule to start their magic. Honestly, after they were finished, you wouldn't know the stucco was gone. The paint colour matched to the tee! They did an amazing job and I wish I had a set of before and after images so you can truly appreciate the quality of their work.

Amir and his team did a great job in working out a project scope that fit within our budget. They were patient with us as we flip-flopped back and forth on various work items even during the work. They provided excellent advice on various approaches to the layout while considering our vision. Outstanding customer service and an overall great experience. The backyard is now a great hosting location and play area.

Chris's tram found time in their busy schedule to caulk our windows. we tried to get two other companies to come in to do the job but they kept on pushing us back. Chris came through once again. I wish all contractors are as responsive and accommodation as Remodel.

We purchased a new house and, unfortunately, it did not have an air conditioner installed. I called a couple of companies and Cozy World (Fred) was the most responsive and, most importantly, actually showed up for our scheduled appointment. Fred was upfront and genuinely had my best interests in mind. I asked him if the house needed a bigger unit and he flat out said no. He could have easily up sold but rather give us the right unit instead. The installation team was great too. They even fixed up some of the loose pipes they found in the furnace room. Overall, my experience was fantastic and I highly recommend Cozy World Inc. to anyone. I will know who to go when we have issues with our HVAC.

We were looking to reconvert our 2 bedroom house back to its original 3 bedroom state. We used Homestars to find 3 companies to come in to provide a quote and we decided to go with Chris and his company Remodel Construction. We choose him primarily because he had a great vision of the layout. We were very pleased with the end result (pictures coming soon!) and I only have high praise for Chris’ team’s work. Their attention to detail was obvious and they always cleaned up at the end of the day which provided a great customer experience. I would highly recommend his team to anyone doing a big home renovation job! Update May 2015: We called on Chris's team once again and they did the following for us: - renovated several areas of the home including building a raised platform on the second floor laundry area complete with a drain should the washing machine fail - relocated a marble island and repaired the hardwood floor underneath - second floor tub area was renovated and new tiles installed. As always, his team was awesome. His frequent updates and suggestions were much appreciated. Update July 3rd. Not surprising, we decided to go with Chris's team when we needed a job done. This time we needed a glass shower door installed. They were busy but they still made time to make it happen - Tim was nice enough to take a small weekend project. Thanks again for the awesome service.

I was VERY skeptical when Sebastian said they could restore our upstairs hardwood floors to its 1930s look and feel. When the carpet was removed, there were deep gouges from knives, holes in the floor from the old radiators, and other various marks. Fortunately, my wife is the boss, and she was adamant that we let Sebastian do what he said he could do. I was wowed by the result. I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I’m a believer! On top of that, their customer service was top-notch; they were responsive to our inquiries and were able to squeeze us in to their already very busy schedule on short notice. I would highly recommend Sebastian and his team to anyone looking to restore their hardwood floors!
