"Fixed" a leaking bathroom sink pipe. It continued to leak, when I called the next day (Sunday) to let Bryan know, I was advised to tighten it some more. I advised that I am not comfortable with that. He advised that he was not going to ruin his day over my leaking pipe. This was the day after he had my cash. I would NEVER recommend - I'm not even sure how he is still in business when this is how he treats his customers.

I had my shingles replaced (complete roof) by this company. at the time they also had to do some repairs to the siding around the chimney area-problem discovered after they started the work. This did not seem to be an issue and I paid extra to have this done - no problem. The problem is that this repair work was not up to par and the siding is now loose-blowing around in the wind-although still attached. 3-4 phone calls later (over a period of 5 months) and as far as I know it is still not fixed-at least they have not told me it is fixed and I don't feel like climbing up on my roof to check it-I shouldn't have to. They advertise "Lifetime Workmanship Warranty", yeah - good luck with that. Also, they had a problem with blowing the power breaker several times while working. Instead of calling me to advise, so I could resolve it, they just plugged into my neighbours house for power. I found out from my neighbour, not from the workers. Neighbor was pissed and I was unimpressed. I would NOT recommend this company.

Windows were installed in August 2014, but I wanted to wait before providing a review so that I could be sure EVERYTHING is good with this company. Very pleased with Weather Pro. Andrew(estimator) was very knowledgeable, low key-not high sales pressure and very helpful.Installation went off without a hitch, product has been top notch, price was very competitive and they were willing to negotiate based on different factors which was nice-especially considering they were already one of the most reasonably priced. I have now referred them to 3 friends looking for window replacements-and I don't "refer" easy - they have to earn it - these guys did!
