Where should I begin. We were actively looking for company to completely finish our basement and were literally about to sign with a competitor when I decided to go back to Andrij, who gave us a professional quote. Him and Vitaly came through on pricing and timing and we signed and from that point on we were blown away by the customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, family-oriented feel to the experience and an overall view that, above all else, Igor and Vitaly (owners) were not going to walk away unless we were 110% completely satisfied. This included making changes as the work was being completed, coming back to fix minor discrepancies, being available at all hours of the day for questions (I don't know when Andrij sleeps as he is so responsive!) and treating our home as if it was the only project that mattered. The experience of the company shows in their suggestions and tips as they have seen so many layouts that trusting their expertise made our lives easier. There were so many memorable contributors - Igor (owner, designer of basement layout and one of the kindest people you will ever meet), Yuri (plumber), Igor (electrician), Vladamir (framing), Natalie (interior design, she has an amazing eye for what works), Vitaly (owner and professional decision maker), Vitaly (painting and finishing and flooring), Alex (taping and drywall finishing), Roman (tile and painting) and all of the various crew members (I am sorry I can't remember everyone's name). This company has the 'happiness of the customer' formula figured out and we would highly recommend not looking further if you want your basement finished. You will not be disappointed. We love our basement. There isn't a day that goes by that our family isn't downstairs enjoying it. Thank you!

Chris came by promptly after calling for a quote and walked me through my options. He was very professional in suggestions for our unique situation with a stone wall above the garage. We went with a double mahogany double door and Chris came per schedule by as promised to install. Chris was helpful in making sure all my worries were taken care of, in particular, making sure the door and rubber were flush to the floor to prevent mice from coming into our garage. Since the install, he's been terrific providing follow-up service and even replaced the rubber. No hesitations to recommend Chris for your garage install! Thanks again.

George and his dad recently came in to install a new gas line for a brand new BBQ and gas oven. The arrived on time and were professional in explaining how the work would be performed as well as the expected charges. George was also kind enough to fit me into his busy schedule to accommodate me so I could be at home to watch the work being done. I could quickly tell from the care being taken in prepping, suggestions for gas line placement and clean-up that George takes considerable pride in a job well done. George took his time to explain to us nuances of the stove and BBQ and provided helpful suggestions on maintenance. He even sealed a water hose valve while he was in the back yard! I would highly recommend George and his company for all gas related home improvements.

Vlad and his team did an amazing job. They wall mounted a 65" TV and a sound-bar. He arrived on time, was very professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up any mess. Vlad spent time to ensure I was completely satisfied. He even responded to a few technical questions I had many hours after he left. Don't even hesitate to call anyone else. Highly recommended.

We selected Brock Windows to replace two bow windows and two casement windows at the front of our house. The main reason for selecting Brock over their numerous competitors was the great reviews on the Homestars site. Sandy Berkley arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and was extremely professional in pointing out the benefits of the windows sold by Brock and answered all of our many questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the relative strengths about the various window types. What I appreciated most was that he did not put extra pressure on us to "close the deal". Instead, he worked with us to consider different options to come within our budget. He also provided honest advice when it came to retrofitting our other remaining windows at the sides and back of our house and told us that these were not an immediate concern. Our work order was simple to follow and we were told about the approximate time for delivery. After measurements were taken, Graham called at the scheduled delivery time to arrange for an installer, Amry, to come out and install the windows. I can't express enough the satisfaction with the workmanship done by Amry. His crew arrived on time, helped to move some furniture (even though we should done that ourselves!) and cleaned up after the job was completed. Understanding that we have young kids and a puppy, Amry and crew were quite thorough to ensure there was no scraps, pieces of wood or nails left over anywhere in the house and outside. Unfortunately, there was a little bit of a mix-up as the casement windows (that were the same size) were inserted into the wrong positions and should have been flip flopped. Again, mistakes can happen but how an organization reacts to correct the mistake and follow-up is what defines its quality of customer service. In this respect, Graham, Sandy and Amry stepped up and reinforced Brock's good name by coming back on a separate occasion to reverse the widows and insert them where we wanted to our complete satisfaction. Nothing more to say than great work by Alex and his crew. They do the simple things right. Arrived on time, courteous, professional and completed what was requested at the agreed price. Will hire them again, without hesitation, the next time I need an electrician. Chandelier looks great!
