Paul was the most professional contractor we've ever worked with. He was great at keeping us in the loop with progress and made sure that we were happy with how the basement was progressing. Paul was respectful of our house and he kept the workspace as tidy as possible during the renovation. Paul showed up when he said he would and completed the work in the anticipated timeframe. Paul also connected us with an electrician and we were extremely satisfied with his referral. We're loving our basement!

In an attempt to preserve my new roof (and shingles) I needed some minor work done with regard to downspouts and eavestroughs so I read some reviews online and found Reynolds Bros Eavestrough. I also had a safety issue with the downspout that drained between my garage and my neighbours garage (which are connected because we own center-unit townhouses). The downspout drained directly onto my driveway and last winter I fell not realizing there was a sheet of ice underneath the light dusting of snow. I wasn't hurt but it was enough of a scare that I wanted to ensure I fixed the problem so no one was injured. I approached my neighbours with my concern but they resisted to the idea of moving the downspout to another location because they "didn't think it would look good". Around this time I contacted Reynolds Bros Eavestroughs for a quote and their expert opinion as to how we could safety drain the water without compromising the look of the neighbours house. Despite offering to pay for all the work from the get-go it took several months to finally convince the neighbours to agree to move the downspout. Reynolds Bros were extremely patient with the delay of my neighbours decision and they were understanding to the issues that can arise when dealing with more than one household. Once the decision way made to move ahead with the work, Reynolds Bros scheduled the job, attended my house a few days later, and completed the work within a few hours. During the installation the workers communicated with me and the neighbour to ensure we were happy with the work. The downspout is now in a safe location and I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the work that was done. I would definitely use Reynolds Bros again and will recommend them to friends and family!

I did a total kitchen renovation when I took possession of my house and I received Latour's contact information from a friend of mine who also had a fantastic experience with him. I did customer cabinetry, new flooring, and I purchased quartz countertops from Tristar Marble and Granite. Latour was professional and punctual at responding to my phone calls and emails. I absolutely LOVE my kitchen and I would recommend Tristar Marble and Granite to anyone that wants a great product at a great price!
