I recently moved into a new home built by Kimberley Homes and am really pleased with the process and result. I love my new home. Kimberley has been fantastic to work throughout - from my first visit to their show home, through the contract, and the whole build and possession process and now with after sales service. They were straightforward, thorough, responsive and above all - did exactly what they said they were going to do. During the build process April kept me informed about progress and status and was very responsive about any questions I had - great customer service! They delivered a beautiful new home - top quality throughout. Their staff and site manager (Chad) have an eye for detail and ensured that there were only very minor deficiencies on possession with arrangements in place to take care of those. The house was absolutely move in ready and spotless. I was nervous about doing a new build, as have many friends who have built with other companies over the years - and never been completely satisfied with a range of problems with the builders. Kimberley is in another league. I had no issues, problems or concerns. I did hire my own independent home inspector to be another set of eyes on the project for me - but even he did not find any problems and was also impressed with Kimberley's staff and quality product. I would highly recommend Kimberley.
