We received insufficient information prior to a plumbing job by Bison Plumbing. They fixed a break in our water line at the entry point into our house. They did NOT tell us prior to the job that: 1.) There was an alternative, replacement option that would replace the lead water line coming into our house. (Later, they do not do that kind of work, so they shouldn't have had to told us of the alternative option that could have been done by other companies) 2.) This fix would significantly decrease our water pressure in our house. (For example, we can no run the water in our shower if any other water fixture is running in the house because the pressure isn't strong enough) 3.) This was a temporary fix. (The technician told us this after the job was completed) After talking with this company about our concerns, they have refused to take responsibility for any of the above.
