Mathew F. from reliance home comfort fixed my water heater that was giving me issues. He and his supervisor (Mat S.) took extra time to ensure I get the part that was required to be replaced as soon as possible. Mathew showed up half an hour earlier than scheduled appointment next day and ensured my heater was fixed before he left. He spend time and effort to explain me every thing I need to now how to protect my heating appliances. He was kind, friendly, and very effective. We recently purchased a house from Mikmada homes and had a great experience with their entire Team. The sales Manager (Christine) was always happy and prompt to answer our ever growing list of questions. She gave valuable advice on selecting various upgrade options and ensured we don't pay for something we don't need. The VP (Kim) was kind and helpful and on more than one occasion demonstrated her leadership to intervene and resolve construction related issues for which the builder was not obligated. I highly recommend them.
