In early April, I scheduled an appointment with the previous provider to service my air conditioner for the summer months. The technician informed me that the heat exchange server on my furnace had died and the furnace and the gas needed to be turned off. I needed an new furnace and possibly a new air conditioner..
Not the news I needed to hear as I was still recovering from a four month battle of pneumonia. I called my brother who had told me if my furnace died to go with Broom's. I got the number and called. The next morning Fabian from Broom's came out and gave me an estimate to replace the furnace, air conditioner and water tank. I was most impressed with the pricing and the quality Carrier products but decided to also get an estimate from my current provider as I had been with them for 10 years. The current provider came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate $2,700.00 more than Broom's for a system not as highly rated as the Carrier system offered by Broom's. My brother was so right Broom's is the company to choose.
The next week two technicians Kyle and Brad came out to install my new equipment. I was so impressed by their workmanship, customer service and the care given to my home as they hauled out the old equipment and hauled in the new equipment. They even returned the old water heater to the previous provider.
I cannot express how impressed I am with this company and so happy that I am now their customer and they will be my service provider.
