My wife started hearing noises in our attic, we are an elderly couple and weren't sure what to do about it so we decided to call Tom, a contractor whom we've used in the past and were very comfortable and pleased with. Within a few hours he had arrived at our house with a ladder and had done a inspection on the exterior of the house. He had taken pictures and was able to show us a damaged area on the soffit and facia by the south west corner of our house. He explained what had to be done in detail and gave what I thought was a fair price. First thing the next morning he had a two man crew that we remembered from three years ago, I was very nervous for the guys because it was so high but they were very professional and wore harness's and safety equipment. After job was finished Tom had sent us the before and after pictures of the job. Great company and very happy to say we have not heard any noises since.

I called 5 separate companies for quotes, ended up going with Houses In The Rough even though they were the second most expensive, reason being is that when I met with Adam despite him looking young, he made me feel comfortable and confident in knowing his trade, also I liked the fact that he assured me that he would be one of the actual people doing the work. (have had problems with sub contractors in the past) My basement washroom took approx. 10 days which was 4 days ahead of estimated finish time. Adam and the crew were professional and very respectful of my space, easy to work with and take pride in what they do. Happy enough with the company that I just referred them to a co-worker.
