After 4 days of travel, we arrived home on Jan.14 afternoon to find the 7 year old Carrier Gas Furnace was not working and the temperature in the house was 11 C. Our telephone call to the
Collingwood Service was answered likely by your call centre rep
who could not find the records of the sale & 10 year warranty of
the furnace. The urgency of attending the break down was not acted on immediately and the Service Specialist was scheduled
for Jan.15 morning. We had to heat the house using 2 fireplaces
