I had a large order, 6 mattress 3, frames/headboards. on delivery i noticed one headboard was lumpy -- The Ashley headboard in the natural (i bought two of them in different colours) was all lumpy. I sent a pic to customer service, they said it was cosmetic and no exchange! I spoke with a 2nd person and she said to send a video, which i did also a picture of the showroom headboard in the same colour. They said it was a cosmetic defect and doesn't effect the use of the item. i could have $150. for my trouble---no thanks -see for yourself!
