We knew as soon as we met Tony from 1-Call that he was the person we wanted to contract to do our home upgrade. He was so personable, attentive to our desire to manage the overall cost of the project and great at providing suggestions about the work we wanted to undertake. 3 REASONS TO CHOOSE 1-CALL HOME RENOVATIONS: 1) We didn’t have to wait on sub-contractors as the 1-Call team’s talents covered all of the work we needed completed except for a few electrical items. The electrician showed up immediately to take care of these items and forward momentum wasn’t slowed waiting for anyone or anything. 2) Great results meet our high standards 3) The team was a pleasure to have in our home. Tony gave us an estimated start date and showed up with his crew on that date to start the job. We were very pleased with his team. It was a true pleasure to have them in our home and to get to know each of them. DELIVERABLES: Ensuite bathroom: The Ensuite was rebuilt from the ground up & we absolutely love the new shower and the overall work done in that room. It looks amazing! Main Bathroom: We had new floor, counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, lighting & paint done in our main bathroom. We love it! Kitchen: We had new appliances (stove, fridge & range hood), counters, backsplash, sink & faucets as well as paint done in the kitchen. I love to cook and feel that I am now in a professional kitchen when I am cooking! That was basically our original job but we then asked Tony if we could extend the project to include replacing lighting, light switches and outlet covers in the rest of the house along with painting all rooms. We don't regret a penny spent. We got a lot for the cost and feel like we've made a huge difference in our home's value. We are certainly happier living in it! The 1-Call team has a very good process for managing scope creep. I was a project manager before I retired so I know how quickly scope creep can increase the cost of the project. The process to ensure we were aware of the increased costs worked. Each decision made was made with full knowledge of what the financial impact would be. And we went for it all because the work being done was of such high quality that we wanted to take advantage of the team’s momentum to completely update our 1981 house to a modern home. Tony's estimates were very good and broken down into the elements of the work under contract and how decisions we made throughout would impact the overall cost of the job. I am also very impressed with how regular reports were submitted which provided me with % of job completed at that point in time. The team was very conscious of our need to have the kitchen out of commission as little as possible and to always have at least one working bathroom. The 1-Call team noticed small issues that we didn't even consider and suggested options that considered our financial situation and our desire to have an improved home to live in. I'd use 1-Call Home Renovations again in a minute and I give them my highest possible recommendation to any and all who are considering opening their home to a great bunch of people and the improvements that their individual talents are able to deliver.

We did a lot of research before picking Prorise Painting to paint the outside of our home. Prorise Painting did a top-notch job and the staff on site were reliable, dedicated and a pleasure to have around our home. I'd recommend Prorise Painting highly - we'll definitely get them back to do some interior painting in the future.

They did the job in about a week and there wasn't any dust anywhere plus our hardwood completely matches hardwood that was in other areas of the house. I'd recommend them highly

We expected a lot. And they more than delivered. The work done was superior, our energy rating on our hoome went way up as a result of the job they did. The crew kept the worksite tidy and were able to get the job done in just a few days (we had 13 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced). I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
