Terrible. No customer service. Do not take the Protection Plans. Waste of money (almost $400). I would never recommend Enercare to anyone else: 1) The problem with my furnace was not diagnosed on the first visit. Technician complained of feeling tired. 2) Second technician was grumpy and bitterly complained about the first technician (foul language) and insisted the problem was obvious (motor not working). Did not have the part. Ordered the motor. 3) Part arrived the third day. But no appointments that day. Fourth day appointment technician did not show up. NO PHONE CALLS ever. No reason given. 4) First call centre person (Rohan) just hung up. Second call centre person (Jacenna) was totally unhelpful. Apparently no supervisor. Booking another appointment was tough yet again. Would only give another appointment for the following evening (another 4 hour slot). No idea if it will get fixed tomorrow. FIVE NIGHTS WITH NO HEAT. As I write this, the issue still has not been fixed and no explanation as to why it is taking so long.

The crew arrived for the installation on time but the foreman was totally unhappy with the job and complained bitterly about everything. Heavily criticized the inspector/salesman that had arranged the job. He made telephone calls to Don and Claude. The complaining/arguments went on for over an hour and they forced him to do the job. Situation just got from bad to worse and I seemed to be at the receiving end. Foreman was upset and rushed through the job, cutting corners. Finish was not as we had initially agreed and they just left without demonstrating the system. I contacted the office and Stephanie was extremely helpful and arranged for someone to check/rectify the system and for a walkthrough. The great Fitz Wilks came to the rescue. He was outstanding, extremely professional and courteous. He clearly enjoyed his job and was very good at it. He took his time to fix the issues and rectify the problems as much as he could. Explained everything in detail and tested the system. Thank you very much, Fitz! The job should have been done properly from the very beginning and hopefully there aren't any persistent issues. Thanks to the great Fitz, I am overall satisfied.

Nick and his team are outstanding! Very polite and friendly. Nick took charge of the situation and their professionalism was very reassuring. Efficient and clean. Minor issues were rectified promptly. I have taken 5 year extended warranty with them and look forward to continued excellent service. Job well done! Highly recommended.
