Patricia worked with me in every aspect of this portion of my kitchen renovation. Even though she was not directly involved with my cabinets, tile or layout she nevertheless took an involved approach and guided me through the process of picking the stone design (colour, type, thickness and edge to name a few) and then patiently guided me through the process to ensure my expectations were met. Patricia is a highly motivated professional with excellent knowledge and willing to share such knowledge. She managed every aspect of the relationship. The gentlemen who came to install the counters, Josh and Storm, were just as professional and excellent at their job. I was very pleased with these guys. John and John came this morning and installed my lynx touch 7000 system. They were tremendously professional, thorough in their work and ensured all was clean around the various working areas. They took the time to test the system to ensure proper working order and ensured I was comfortable understanding my system before departing. We discussed system capabilities and they stayed until I was adequately comfortable. They encouraged questions. I had my roof done recently and i was happy with the work that was completed. I really like the package they left cause it gives a detailed list of what needs to be done in 10 steps. I would recommend them for any roof job that needed to be done. Christopher
