SWAT Wildlife showed up on time, very punctual! They asked me a few questions to understand the problem I was dealing with and they got to work. They were very well equipped: from head lamp to boot covers to keep the house clean. Both of the experts who showed up were very polite and professional. I feel like they have been very generous on the poison they used (they did not try to work cheap). In my opinion, the cost of the service was a little bit pricey. In the end they were here for 30 minutes, they threw those poison bars in the attic and that's it. I thought I would have a more thorough inspection of the house to see were the mice got in. That being said, their staff explained to me that mice can get in anywhere, showing me a few potential gaps. Maybe a home inspection was futile after all... To conclude, I am very satisfied with SWAT Wildlife, I have the peace of mind that I dealt with professionals.

I have been very impressed by the professionalism of this company. I dealt with Chris (one of their sale representatives) and he has been very courteous, polite and helpful. The men who installed the window were just amazing! They knew what they were doing and they did a clean job. Once again, so professional.
