This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are so quick and friendly when it comes time to sell you appliances but the customer service after the transaction is is complete is terrible. Firstly, when my sales person Teresa sold us the fridge, there was no mention of the fridge was on back order for over a month. When a delivery date was finally scheduled, no body called us to inform us that the order was not coming. We instead had to wait another couple weeks. Appliance Canada then chose to blame the manufacturer. Secondly, when the stackable washer and dryer arrived, I was informed by Appliance canada i would need a stacking kit, called appliance canada and they informed me it was $150, then I go to buy it and it turns out that it does not need that kit, it came with the unit. Thirdly, I paid the extra $80 in case they had to remove the doors on my fridge when it finally arrived. Fortunately, I did not have to do so. I called them to inquire about a refund and was put in their "Customer service" queue for 2.5 hours. Good thing i have an desk job and can keep on my headphones. I did not even get to talk to someone, I had to hang up bc my bladder was failing. I was even trying to call the reception from a 2nd phone but no one answered. This is by far the worst run company I have ever dealt with and I have no issue telling anybody who even mentions them my story. The prices arent even that great to be perfectly honest. Dont bother with the hassle.
