It’s not compensation I was looking for really, it was an empathetic ear for your company’s blatant negligence. It is obvious to me now that your sales pitch for the family business that cares about my possessions and move was all just that, an empty, phoney sales pitch that over sold and under delivered. They wouldn't call to discuss their negligence, they just don't care.
