Terrible, terrible customer service. In this age of online shopping, when there are so many options, went to this retailer as they were in my vicinity. They sold me a refrigerator promising quick delivery as ours was not working and we were without one! I booked the day off work to receive the fridge. Called twice the day before delivery as no one called to confirm delivery time. On the day of delivery I again left a message and finally received a call from shipping saying the fridge was on back order for 2 months and someone should have informed me; they told me to speak to manager - Valerie. Left a message for her and did not receive a call back. I guess our purchase just wasn't important enough.
