We were very fortunate in that we made the right choice in hiring Khody of HLE Flooring to remove our existing floor through the main floor of the house, install engineered hardwood, and refinish our stairs to match our new floor colour. Within months of having my driveway paved, there was a large piece that lifted and there were many cracks. The driveway also feels soft in one section. After several calls and visits, they offered to seal it which I declined. A new driveway should not have to be sealed. When I explained my frustration with the lifting, cracks and quality of work, the reaction I received was, "What do you want us to do, anchor your driveway to the ground?". I realized my situation was futile. Poor service. Poor quality. Poor customer relations.

The two garage doors we ordered did not have the same number of square panels as discussed when ordering, but it was too late to change this once the doors were installed. The doors were also delivered several weeks late and I had to call to find out what was going on only to be told that they were sitting in the warehouse and someone had forgotten to call me. Once installed, the caulking around the trim was poorly done and the weatherstrip on one door was crooked. Despite regular email and telephone correspondance, nothing was done even though I was told several times someone would come by to fix the caulking and weatherstripping. I was very disappointed with the service once my money was collected. Their website boasts of excellent customer service and satisfaction, but I feel completely duped. Word of advice as far as the door appearance is concerned: make sure it is ALL in writing so that there are no surprises.
