My experience with Locksmith Express was superb! I could not have asked for a better solution to the problem I was having with my front door lock. The key would not turn but the deadbolt still worked from the inside so Radoslav suggested that he could provide the least invasive and most cost-effective repair of replacing the core only. But what truly separates this company from the competition was that Radoslav went out of his way to match the color of the lock exactly which was wonderful because it was not the standard silver color and I really wanted to maintain the original look of the lock. I called many other locksmiths trying to see what prices and solutions they could offer but no one even came close to replicating the skill of his solution or beating the price he offered to do the work. Locksmith Express was the very first company I called (based on the excellent reviews on HomeStars) and It turns out I really didn’t need to spend the time to call all those other companies after all. I will definitely use Locksmith express for any future work I need done! Additionally Radoslav was able to fix the lock within just a few hours if asking him to do the work and he was able to have the new lock match my old key so I didn’t need to spend money on new keys. This is at least the third time I have used Flavio's services in the last 3 years and it is always a pleasure to work with him. I needed the backwater valve in my basement cleaned and checked and he was able to accommodate my request on short notice. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the backwater valve and also gave me great advice on how to maintain my floor drain. Exceptional A+++ service from The Duct Cleaning Specialists. From start to finish I was completely blown away by the combination of professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, quality of work and attention to detail everyone at the company exhibits. Setting up an appointment was incredibly easy as Paul responded almost instantly to my request for more information & an estimate for the work before booking an actual appointment. Upon initial inquiry, Paul had me fill out a short form with preferred dates/time for an appointment and he was able in such short notice to schedule an appointment for me the very next day. Needless to say I was both extremely grateful and impressed with the efficacy of the scheduling process. The crew, Jonathan and James, arrived promptly the following day, and I continued to be impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by both of these gentlemen who were very polite in introducing themselves and the work to be performed. I had hired them to do a dryer vent cleaning as my dryer was taking 3 hours to dry a single load. Jonathan and James quickly diagnosed the situation as having 2 main issues--(1) that the original installer of the dryer vent had erroneously left the ducting too long, creating a kink that prevented my dryer from venting to the outside properly and (2)as a result of the kink in the ducting, the dryer lint had proliferated inside the dryer itself. After diagnosing the problem, Jonathan and James proceeded to shorten the duct to remove the kink and laboriously, methodically and carefully remove all traces of the tremendous lint build up within the machine itself, and also vacuumed the floor area around the back of the dryer to remove all lint build up. At the end, Jonathan checked and cleaned the vent on the exterior wall and left the entire work area spotless. I was truly amazed at the tenacity displayed by Jonathan and James as well as the quality of work. Would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat. It was extremely easy to reach Rick to make an appointment, and he was able to fit me into his schedule under short notice, which I tremendously appreciated. I was terrified of having to potentially buy a new refrigerator as my current one was not defrosting properly, but Rick quickly set my mind at ease by easily diagnosing the problem and assuring me that it could be fixed rather than replaced. Fixing the problem involved laboriously disassembling many pieces inside both the refrigerator and freezer, but Rick carefully completed the work efficiently. Rick is a true professional and is also flexible, punctual, reliable, diligent, knowledgable, very efficient and trustworthy. Rick went above and beyond to ensure the problem was solved and left my appliance cleaner than when he arrived!
