He responded promptly, quickly adjusted and cleaned up two clogged down pipes, and provided full detail report with picture for record. He's good man, unfortunately, It clogged up right after.

UPDATED NOV 6. I now see you changed my original 10 score to an 8 because the pipes clogged up again within two months. That is too bad. It is not my fault the down pipes plugged again Jiang. It is a design flaw that I told you about. The reduction in the existing pipe size is too much and it appears a walnut shell (one of many that I found on the roof when I returned for no charge to assess the current situation) has again enterred your pipe and created the plug. I'm sorry you feel my service is only an 8/10 score now. I think the guys you paid to originally install the pipes should get a 0/10 then because that is the only reason you are having these problems. AND these blockages will continue until you perform the upsize I originally suggested. I stand to make no money off of you in this suggestion either as I do not perform downpipe modifications.
