After researching and visiting a number of stores to compare dishwashers, I called Appliance Canad. Iknoew tge model I wanted so I spoke to Larry and was told they could match the prices I had been quoted elsewhere and offer free delivery. The company could coordinate installation fir another $200. Since I had read some disturbing reviews from other companies I mentioned my concern to Larry and appreciated his honest answer that all companies got some poor reviews. Since the white door model I wanted wasn’t in stock, the delivery might be delayed a bit so his advice to me was to think about it, and that he was working all weekend. I placed my order later that day. The delivery department called to check a few days later and my machine was delivered in perfect condition just as promised. As I closed my front door tge phone rand and the installer said he could be at my place in 20 minutes! Everyone I dealt with was polite and straight forward. The pricing was comparable and the service excellent.

Everyone at Dominion is polite and helpful. I have had the company repair, or redo my roof a few times over the years. It is sometimes difficult to speak to the person in charge but I understand that he is frequently at worksites. Of course, roofing work depends on the weather and might have to be postponed, especially in the winter but the company tries to inform me if there are changes. I had part of my roof done this time because I had a leak. I received a discount because the other portion of the roof had been done and was still under warranty. I would recommend Dominion Roofing as an honest, caring company.

When I talked to Ted at the Kennedy store, he explained about the quality of the materials and workmanship used in the sectional I was considering. We discussed the choices I would make and the timeline on delivery. I emailed the company on a Sunday night asking if I could get a fabric sample and my reply on Monday morning said it would be mailed to me. Two days later I received it. The delivery was on time and the workers were careful in my newly painted room. I received a thank you email from Ted for choosing the Chesterfield Shop. There was a snag on one cushion which could have been from our usage but Diana at the office said another one would be delivered to me. Nothing but courtesy and caring, as well as pride in their products, from this excellent company. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for value as well as a rewarding shopping experience.

All the dealings I gave had with this company have been efficient, helpful and courteous. I had a rodent problem in the spring and then decided to keep the service throughout the year. The inspections are set up by email or you can call at any time. The staff are on time, introduce themselves and explain everything clearly. I will continue with this service. Thank you Aanteaters.

I had an emergency situation when I was having my shower redone. The inept workman from Burke's Renovation did a disastrous job and the whole shower had to be redone. When the new installer removed a wall, he found holes had been punched right through an outside wall and I needed this area repaired before the job could continue. I spoke to David at Mr Roof Repair and Ben came to fix the situation first thing the next morning. He introduced himself at the door and explained what he would be doing. The whole roof was inspected at this time and recommendations were made. The outside wall was repaired and I later received a breakdown of quotes abut further repairs. Good job all around.

I was very upset that the shower I had done 3 years ago was leaking. The water dripped through the downstairs ceiling and I had to redo the job all over again. Jerry did a fabulous job and he was here early every day. The work was done on time and it was pleasant to deal with this company. Haydee answered all my questions, reassuring me that this time the job would be done properly. Charlotte was very helpful choosing the tiles. I highly recommend this company and would use them again for home renovations.

I have noticed the trucks from Drainworks in my neighbourhood, and also saw a positive review in the Mirror so when I needed some plumbing, I gave them a try. Jeff called the night before, and appeared at my door early! He is friendly and knowledgable. Jeff explained what I would need and gave me the quote. The work was done well and the site was tidied. I will definitely call Drainworks again, as well as recommend the company to others.
