An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I just had an Interlock roof installed, and I am thoroughly impressed. Not only was the installation professional and timely, but also the finished work is impressive to look at. The installers were attentive to even the smallest details. To look at the yard after installation, one would never have known it had just occurred because there was not the slightest hint of residual debris. Best of all, for the first time in the 44 years my family has lived in the house, not a drop of moisture could be detected anywhere during our recent heavy rains. In the past we'd usually find some small area where rain had somehow penetrated the roof, but in the last two heavy rainstorms, everything was dry as a bone.
