They did a great job from beginning to end. The process was clear, the workers were nice and it all went smoothly. I’ve used them for two renos now. The windows are such good quality I can’t hear anything outside!

I hired Shaun for a siding redo. He assured me he could fix the issues and redo the house in Hardie board. Once he started he decided the roof needed a redo as well. We agreed and the nightmare began. We had skylights and yet the old roof did not leak. The new roof had water pouring into our newly renovated basement. The skylights are close together which he blamed all the leaking on. We said just remove the skylights, he stalled and stalled. We called again and again. We sent videos of the water pouring in. There was ZERO urgency to help. In the middle of the night we were up on ladders using every tarp we had to try and stop the flooding. Then it took months and months to get anyone to work on the siding. He doesn’t actually have any staff, he hires crews. They didn't clean up any trash. Not a singe piece. Even their waste from lunch was tossed on the ground. Sharp bits of metal were left. I picked up every single piece of trash from the worksite. They removed all the old siding and then for two months he could not get any workers to wrap the house. So again water poured in. The whole thing started in March 2020 and the job is still not complete. He insists on the final payment. The work is sloppy. I asked what he would think of gaps and jagged cuts on his own house, he said he wouldn’t mind. I asked, what if you paid $24000? He said it would be okay. This was the worst experience. he doesn’t actually know anything about siding, doesn’t know anything about managing people, doesn’t know how to help people. He always put the blame on others. We paid close to $500 and the lawn never looked green, they put grass seed in all the flower beds and the interlocking bricks which was a nightmare to get out. They came back several times to try and fix the issues but I ended up doing a huge amount of work. The whole idea of lawn care was to limit the work I had to do and instead I had to put in twice as much effort as usual. The weed control was good but everything else was miserable. Much too expensive for the results achieved.
