I had several quotes for my stair renovation. It included removing the carpet from my stairs and replacing it with hardwood, the spindles painted white, the railing being sanded and stained and hardwood installation in the upstairs hallway. Steve came in at a reasonable price and he knew more about stairs than the others. I didn't realize it is quite a speciality. Steve and his helper Bill were always pleasant, on time and cleared away the mess daily. The spindles and railing were prepped in his workshop so you don't have that mess to deal with. The doorways were sealed to prevent dust entering during installation. The results are beautiful! I would highly recommend Delamaine Stairs.

He replaced my kitchen counter top, installed backsplash as well as a great mosaic tile pattern behind my range, installed a sink and faucet as well as shut off valves. Also, did potlights and crown moulding. Efficient, cleaned up after work, and great price.
