We went through Costco to have our furnace replaced with a new high efficiency one combined with an air conditioning unit as well. Costco sent Moore & Russell out to measure and gather all the details to complete the job. On the day of installation, they had sent the wrong furnace only because the gentleman who measured everything made the mistake of what type of furnace I needed. However, Steve was able to contact the office and track down the proper furnace and had it delivered to Chilliwack in plenty of time to complete the full installation that day. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely hire them again as well as recommend them to anyone purchasing and installing a furnace and air conditioner. We did have one slight problem though. The night of the installation we found ourselves feeling pretty cold and so in the morning I tried to adjust the thermostat only to discover that it would not turn on. it was one of those touch screen, programmable thermostats. We were off to Maple Ridge that morning so I decided to wait until we arrived in Maple Ridge before contacting Steve to see what the problem might be. Steve was terrific; he knew right away what the problem was and was willing to walk me through the process in rectifying it but I told him we were in Maple Ridge and it would have to wait until we got home early that evening. No problem; he said I could call him that night and he would walk me through the process; which he did. It turned out that they had forgot to remove a piece of cardboard on the pump; so once I found it and removed it everything began to work as it was supposed to . We have been very pleased with both the air conditioner and the furnace since then I would not hesitate to recommend Moore and Russell to anyone. Great job; keep up the good work.

In 2012 we purchased a home in Pitt Meadows and renovated our kitchen then. Apex came highly recommended to us then. We purchased granite counter tops from them and had them install them at that time and they did a wonderful job. This year we moved to Chilliwack and renovated the kitchen In this home. Since we were unable to find anyone in Chilliwack to purchase and install counter tops to our liking, we went back to Apex. We found a quartz counter top to purchase this time and had them install them. Once again their workmanship was exceptional; the installation very good; and very well done. We are very pleased again with the outcome. I would recommend Apex to anyone renovating a kitchen.
