Do not call this company if you need to repair your furnace. They came back twice for the same problem and kept replacing parts and charging for them. After spending close to $1,000.00 and still having the same problem we decided to do research on the internet and was able to find the problem. We ordered the part and installed it ourselves with the instructions that were included. The furnace is working after almost a month without it.

We were selling our home and the house inspector advised there was "fresh" squirrel droppings in attic. We had had a roof rat about 2 years ago and it was exterminated. We couldn't believe that there was anything living in the roof because we would have heard it. It was a condition of the sale of the house. Our realtor recommend we call The Bugman. He inspected all 3 locations of the attic (on one of the hottest days of the summer) and determined the droppings were old and that there was no sign of any fresh droppings. He gave us a 3 month written guarantee that he extended to the owners. Once the realtor received the invoice he paid it and the subjects removed and our house sold. Thanks Bugman.
