We have been fighting the squirrels for 7 months. We had another company (with a good reputation) come and assess last spring. We were told they had easily discovered the entry point and they charged us $300.00 to put a one way door over the hole and return 10 days later and remove it and wire mesh the hole. The squirrels were still there. They said for $1000 they would return and do another run of wire and they hoped that would solve the problem. I did not ask them to return. WE live in a semi and the neighbours did not believe that there were squirrels keeping me up at night. I saw AAA Gates at another house down the street one morning enroute to work last week. I sent an email as soon as I got to work and within minutes I had an incoming call from Joel who was able to hop onto my roof and do an assessment. He called me and while he was on the phone said he was watching the squirrels go in a hole on the neighbours side of the semi roof. He checked our roof and said there were no entry points. I asked him to speak with the neighbours if they called him. They did and today - less than 1 week later the problem has been solved. While Joel was on the roof he noticed our vent cap was not in place. I just got an email from him saying he had located it on the roof and screwed it into place for us. Joel also noticed that there was a tree on our property that needs to be trimmed so squirrels and racoons can not jump up easily and he suggested our eaves be redone as they are coming away from the roof. All things that I will do. He sent me a picture from his phone of what he had done. Incredible customer service. Honest. Reliable. Fair pricing. Thank You.

We bought our furnace from cozy world after having 5 estimates done. Boris was wonderful, honest and very knowledgable. His price was alos the BEST! Unusual to get all that in one package. His team of installers were nothing short of fantastic. Professional, fast, efficient, very clean, polite and most importantly knew their stuff VERY WELL and provided a flawless installation on both the furnace and ac (which we went with a year later - i called Boris right away - why go anywhere else after such a good frist experience!) I did get my 5 quotes for the ac as well (cause that's what i feel i should do) and as with the high eff furnace Boris gave us the BEST PRICE by far on the ac. After having 5 quotes on a new furnace installation we decided to go with COZY WORLD. They were the 2nd best price but I found them to be by far THE BEST customer service & the most knowledgable. BORIS was very kowledgable and spent time explaining everything to me and after having had four other quotes I felt he was the man who knew what he was doing. I was told many different things by the people who did the other estimates and only Boris seemed to get the right information. I had a feeling about this and this feeling was confirmed when I called our home inspector and he gave me the same information that Boris had given me (my questions were around proper venitlation in the room). The price he gave us on the new chimney liner which was needed for the new code requirements was also half the price I had been quoted by the other insatllers. Boris and his installers treated us with respect & patience through the entire process and have been quick to respond to any inquires we have had since the installation. I received the rebate forms immediately after installation from Boris. We have been extremely satisfied with this experience.
