This experience from 2015. Martino was our warranty provider for the HVAC installation in our house. (HVAC itself was installed by another contractor who has contract with Martino). After moving in we realized there was an issue as the A/C would not shut-off after reaching desired temperature. Martino's techs made a number of follow up visits and eventually resolved the issue. The issue was quite unique and took 3 visits to resolve. (The problem being that it takes a long time to replicate the problem. Each technician "thinks" the problem is fixed, but we would only realize it's not the case, days after the tech's visit.) Good: -My issue was eventually resolved for us as part of the warranty. No extra cost to us Not so good: -Took 3 visits to correct the problem. It could be due to the uniqueness of the situation. All the techs did run various checks, so as a non-expert bystander I couldn't really pin this on them. Great: -Everyone I spoke with in person or on the phone were super courteous. Conclusion: 4/5 on satisfaction due to the time it took to correct the problem. 5/5 on recommendation due to the interaction with everyone in this company.
