Quote was for opal 2 with black lovers, ash pan, blower, chimney package plus two 4' lengths, 2 offset supports, extra 2' and 2- 45 elbows 945.00 installation for a total of 7045.50 incl. gst Did some shopping around, returned but D was not in. Since it was our understanding it was a non commission Store we had T help us. We paid that day and took home our fireplace. We feel we were mislead on the difficulty of the install by T, we were mislead on the total cost, we were missing several pieces that would be critical to the install and were subsequently charged piece by piece by piece over and above what we paid, we wound up paying 6900.00 that day, and are still missing integral parts to the install which T also did not include in our price. We have now had multiple appointments missed by the installer, and still do not have a working fireplace :( I am at the point where I am ready to return the whole thing for a refund...
