From my first phone call with Erick, I knew he was an expert on gutters. My gutters were leaking and in bad shape. He quoted me a very reasonable price and said it would take 2 hours. He spent nearly 6 hours on the job and even went to get a cover for a pipe. I gave him more money which he was reluctant to take because it was more than he quoted. Erick is a lovely person and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

I called Alex after seeing excellent reviews on Homestead. He came within an hour and the sink needed a lot more than unblocking! He had to replace a piece of the piping, it was so blocked. As soon as Alex started working, I could see that he was a true professional. He expects planned what he had to do and set to work quickly and efficiently. His skills are excellent and he is a lovely person. The price was also very fair. He is coming back next week to do another job that isn't as urgent. Thanks Alex!

I found this service on Homestars from their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. The service was organized by email with Myriam which suited me because I'm not easy to get hold of by phone during the day and I was away on vacation too. This part was seamless. The cleaning process was excellent, friendly and efficient. The service people gave me a report which was very useful and they told me what they could fix in the future and where I could get the other service I needed. I was impressed that they inspected the whole roof. I would definitely use Tip Top again.

From the first communication with Paul to the actual service which was done today, I have had an excellent experience. Paul was always available on email, gave a reminder of the date of service and what was going to be done and answered my questions promptly. Mat and Nick were efficient, gave me a lot of information about what they ere doing, gave me an option of leaving a vent untouched in the dining room because the paint would chip and is not an easy colour to match. When a bit of mold was found on a bathroom fan cover, Nick gave it to me to wash, looked behind for further mold (there was none) and replaced the clean cover. They really went above and beyond for a very reasonable price. This was a outstanding experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you!

On the Friday before the Canada long weekend, my basement flooded from a defective/old washing machine. My insurance company BelAirDirect (parent company Intact) sent me their preferred vendor FirstonSite. The moment Brandon Boyd, Project Manager came to do the assessment of damage, I knew I was in good hands. He was thorough and professional. His assessment of the damage was accepted and Chris Boardman, manager at Firstonsite , took over the project. He organized several subcontractors, organized for all contents and furniture to be moved out of the house before the work started. Each phase of the job was overseen by Chris, who kept me informed, asked about preferences e.g. for painting or wallpapering, and had excellent subcontractors. The company who did the re carpeting had a generous budget and worked with me to give me the best deal and to have it done as quickly as possible as I had family coming to stay in the bedroom in the basement. There were a couple of hitches e.g. two legs of the bed went missing in the move but Chris took it upon himself to sort out the problem and the basement was ready for my guests! I was also on leave at home for part of the time that the repairs were proceeding and honestly, they were not at all intrusive. Thank you to Chris and the team. It was a pleasure working with you, BelAir and Intact. The job was completed in two months and the whole process worked like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend this team and this company.

This is the most professional moving company I have ever dealt with. After the first phonecall, I was so impressed that I did not seek other quotes...and they certainly delivered. The communicated throughout the process via email and telephone calls. They were flexible and changed the time to accommodate evelator availability. But the best part was their professionalism on move day. Eveything was wrapped securely in blankets. They moved quickly and efficiently and were extremely accommodating in helping me get rid of some big, old items in my home. They have a sale in their yard to raise money for charity, which was the cherry on the top. Thank you!

I was introduced to Wade the owner through a friend. His work is excellent, his prices reasonable and he will be at you within a couple of hours. His motto is that if he doesn't get the work, someone else will. I have referred him to friends who are also entirely satisfied with his work. Use him! You won't be sorry. He will travel to wherever you reside.
