Company was very efficient in communication and cleaner was FANTASTIC. Did a 6 hour deep clean. Worked quietly and my house was immaculately clean. Ive had services from other companies. But nothing beats Darcelle. You could tell she cared about her job and came prepared. She even had knee pads on! Was very respectful and just a great lady. First time with squeaky clean but will not get every two weeks service.
I called drain city because of an awful smell coming out of my floor drain in the basement. After speaking to a very nice and helpful agent, he assured me that someone would be in my home in less than two hours to address the problem! I soon received a call from Victor, who assured me that he would be over very quickly. Once there, Victor made the necessary repairs and made recommendations and gave suggestions which were very helpful! Gave suggestions on maintaining grease in my kitchen sink so we wouldn't encounter any problems in the future. He was in and out of my house in less than two hours and did his work so neatly! I have already called Drain City again for future services.
