I apologize for the inconvenience and but I find your comments unfair and unjustified. The entire issue with you're unit was a manufacturer defect and had nothing to do with the installation.
I have done my best to rectify the situation, returned several times and replaced refrigerant at my own expense. I contacted the manufacturer on several occasions and did facilitate communications with Airlux on your behalf, which helped get you a new replacement unit, at no cost to you. We were willing to install the new unit when you received it, but you did not respond.
We have been installing and servicing these ductless units for almost 15 years. We have many factory authorized training certifications and most importantly strive to to our best job every installation. There was never a concern regarding the look of the job or its professionalism before. To state a concern after the fact is wrong given your satisfaction at the time.
We strive to resolve any and all issues that may arise with our customers and we'd like to do the same with you.
