We interviewed a number of prospective hardwood staircase contractors before deciding on Roberto. While other contractors seemed hesitant to accommodate our ideas for what we wanted for the project, Roberto was wide open to our design vision, and happy to do whatever we wanted. Roberto started the project on schedule, and completed it on schedule as well. His workmanship was top quality, and he regularly checked in with us along the way to ensure we were always satisfied with the work he was doing. We had one snag with the project that was not Robertos fault at all but he still went the extra mile to make it right for us anyways. I had purchased the flooring for Roberto to install, but I didnt order enough of the matching transition strips for the doorways. They were special order, and would not arrive until 4 weeks after Roberto was done our job. He promised to come back and install the transition strips for us when they came in, at no extra charge. And he did! All in all, Roberto was a delight to work with and he did a super job. We would definitely work with him again!

A friend referred me to Rolando from Olympia Town when I was looking for a company to replace some windows and doors on my home. He had done work on her home and she raved about him, so I gave Rolando a call. Right away, I could tell that I was in great hands with Rolando. He was very responsive, professional, and courteous. He asked lots of questions and explained everything to us, to help ensure he fully understood our wishes and needs. He was very patient with us as we went through the many options to choose from in windows and doors. We changed our minds on a couple things and as a result he had to make a couple trips to our house to measure etc. Some contractors may have found that frustrating but not Rolando. He did it with a smile and always made us feel like we were his priority. When the day came for our doors and windows to be installed, Rolando showed up on time as promised and did a fabulous job. We were thrilled with the quality of his workmanship, and with the quality of the doors and windows themselves. I have used Clarke Basement Systems a couple times for different issues with my basement, and every time I've found their service to be exceptional. For this latest job, I first dealt with Rob T. to diagnose the problem (a backed up window well) and then the repair job was completed by Don C. and Storm. They got it done quickly and effectively, and sooner than had initially been estimated with my quote. I was very impressed! They also went the extra mile and adjusted some grading along the side of my house with leftover topsoil from the job, at no additional charge. From start to finish on this project, I felt that I was treated exceptionally well by Rob, Don, and Storm. They truly are the kind of courteous, trustworthy professionals you'd want doing work on your home. Thanks guys!
